With extensive experience as a customer success team lead, implementation specialist and trainer, she has a continued focus on client care and operational excellence. These experiences, paired with her bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in information technology, have equipped her with the technical and personal skills to ensure the best client experience.  

In her free time, Debie’s passions include music and movies, and she is actively involved in Toastmasters International, where she has earned the title of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).
